About Goodcare Practice

We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.

The Goodcare Practice consists of 29 members of staff, this includes, Receptionists, Specialist Administrators,  Pharmacists, Phlebotomists, Health Care Assistants, Nurses, Doctors, and a Practice Manager. Who together aim to provide the best possible service to all our patients and treat everyone with respect, dignity, and compassion. We will treat everything you tell us with confidence and respect.

Our professional team will ensure you receive the best attention at all times whether you’re attending a specialist clinic or a routine appointment. If you’re new to the area registration is easy and comes with the comfort of discretion and confidentiality assured.

Treating Patients

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.


Phlebotomy Service

We provide phlebotomy service for children between the age of 3-5 and 6-15 every Wednesday from 09:00 – 13:00.


We have 9 patient parking bays and 3 disabled parking bays specifically for visitors to Grand Union Village Health Centre which are located opposite the building.  Please ask at reception for a validated parking permit which MUST be displayed in your vehicle.  Failure to display a valid parking permit may result in a parking ticket.

Disabled Access

Our surgery is accessible to wheelchairs, and we have toilet facilities which are suitable for use by disabled patients. Please ask for help if you require it.
